Operators and their subcontractors may visit site for the following reasons;
- Site maintenance
- Site or partial equipment failure
- Upgrading or adding of equipment
- Adding additional operators or “sharers” to the site
- Removing equipment from the site
- Adding extra technologies to the site ie 2G to 3G antennas commonly known as swap outs.
These works are sometimes carried out without permission or without knowledge of the Landlord. Going forward Pentacom Networks Limited aim to police these activities especially where works are being carried out on the site which may jeopardise future income to Pentacom Networks Limited’s Landlords.
Electricity Reclaims
In certain cases, Landlords supply electricity to an Operators installation via a submeter. It is important at the outset to establish how electricity is supplied to these installations. Pentacom Networks Limited has uncovered numerous examples of Operators using a Landlords electricity supply without any disclosure or payment for usage.
Pentacom Networks Limited has extensive expertise in this field and will act for Landlords to recover any outstanding electricity charges that may be due. Pentacom Networks Limited will also implement an appropriate management strategy to ensure that Operators pay for any Landlords electricity they use in full when it becomes due.

Operator Correspondence
During the term of the Operator agreement, the Operator or its agents may contact Landlords with requests for consent for additional rights or equipment. Pentacom Networks Limited would request that Landlords send a copy of this correspondence immediately to Pentacom Networks Limited for review and agree with the Landlord the appropriate strategy.
