Landlords seeking to undertake minor works or maintenance works on their land/buildings should be aware that such works may affect operation of the existing telecoms equipment. If these are short term works (less than 1 day) Pentacom Networks Limited will need advance notice (usually 14 days) in order to contact the Operator and advise on the nature of the works and the detailed effect of the works on the existing equipment. Pentacom Networks Limited will then co-ordinate with the Operator to ensure that minimum disruption to the equipment is sustained during the works.
Works which may affect transmission include;

Cranage works or other structures in direct line of site of equipment

Window cleaning where access is required from the rooftop

Roof repair works involving work within Exclusion zones

Works on incoming power supplies to the building/site

Any works when access in proximity to telecoms equipment is needed.
