Operations and Maintenance

Routine Access

Operators will request access to sites to carry out routine maintenance. In most instances this will involve requests made via Pentacom Networks Limited who will vet the access information and agree the most suitable access date, causing as little disturbance to Landlords as possible. If the request is made direct to Landlords then please redirect this to Pentacom Networks Limited.

Emergency Access

On some occasions, in the case of a service affecting fault or fire, the Operator will request emergency access. This will normally be through Pentacom Networks Limited. We will ensure an appropriate method of access is in place should such an event occur.

Unannounced access

Operator or its agents often attend sites unannounced. If this happens then Landlords must contact Pentacom Networks Limited as a matter of urgency. Under no circumstances should access be permitted without speaking to us.

Landlords should be aware of issues pertaining to unannounced access by personnel, as they may not have a legal right to be on the site. Pentacom Networks Limited will contact the operative and establish the following information before authorising access;

  • They have a legal right to be on site

  • They are actually representing the Operator

  • If they are not authorised, that they are not involved in a criminal act
